Grilled Carom seed Paratha With Eggplants masala(tacos)

Take a one dish and chopped green onion white part and tomatoes.

Wash eggplants and potatoes and cut in cube size in clean water.

Take a pan and add oil on medium gas. Saute for 2 mins.

Then add tomatoes and saute till they become soft.

And add all spices and mutter.

Add water and mix it well.

Make a dough with add carom seeds, salt, ghee and water.Dough should be soft.

Make a medium-sized balls.

Roll big paratha.

Cut in round shape.

One by one prepare small paratha.

Take a griller and add ghee and saute paratha..

All paratha prepare in griller. Looks like crunchy.

Prepare platter-

Serve with platting. Add mayo and garnish with salad and pizza herbs. Eggplant masala pour on crunchy paratha.
