Heat ghee in a non stick pan add rava and roast till golden brown.transfer in a bowl and cool it.

Heat ghee in same pan add cashewnuts and roast, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Curry leaves, Green chilli and fry,add this tempering to rava mixture.

Add salt and yogurt and mix well. Add 1cup water mix well and set aside for 15mins.

Heat some water in an idli steamer cover and let it boil.Add fruit salt to rava mixture and mix well.

Grease idli moulds with some gher and put rava mixture in it.place the idli mould in hot steamer.cover and steam for 10 mins or till done.
