Remove 2 Tablespoons from the 1 cup all purpose flour

Then replace with the 2 Tablespoon of corn flour back in

Sift well together before using,make sure you mix the two ingredients very well.

Label it as cake flour and store in an air tight container with the date,so that you remember when you made it.

Use within 8 weeks
