⚕️Mix crushed onions, red pepper, coriander powder, salt, garlic paste, big and small cardamoms, black peppercorns, cloves,poppie cinnamon and cumin together.

Heat oil in pan and fry thin sliced onion until golden brown. Once browned, grind it well.

Now roast spices mixture in the same oil in which you fried onions. Once onion water dries out, roast spices well. Then add pasanday, mix well and fry.

When meat water is dried and oil begins to appear, add one glass water.

When yogurt water is dried, roast well until oil appears.

Now add ginger slices, fried crushed onions, desi ghee and mix well.

Add one glass water and ⚕️cook at fast flame.

When it comes to boil, lower the flame and steam-cook (dam) for 5 minutes.
