1/2 bowl of pomegranate
1/2 bowl of beetroot chopped
1/2" chopped ginger
10mint leaves
Pinchrock salt
Pinchblack pepper powder
2 teaspoonlime juice

Take a mixer jar and add pomegranate, beetroot, ginger,mint leaves,salt,black pepper powder and water grind it and make juice.

Serve with some mint leaves. This juice helps to increase HB leval and increase platelets counts.
