Steps

In a kadhai take oil add mustard and cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add hing, turmeric and onion and saute.

Add red chilli powder,garam masala and sugar and saute. Add sponge gourd and mix well.

Add salt, peanut powder, salt, water and cover with lid and cook for 10 mins.

Ready to serve.
