Dhoklas is Savoury steamed light airy and spongy snack. It is basically a gujarati dish but now common in all the communities. Here i have mixed Gujarati and Punjabi cusine by adding tandoori flacours which is equally most liked by all.

Dhoklas is Savoury steamed light airy and spongy snack. It is basically a gujarati dish but now common in all the communities. Here i have mixed Gujarati and Punjabi cusine by adding tandoori flacours which is equally most liked by all.
Steps

Take a bowl.. Put Sooji. Add yohurt, salt, ginger garlic paste mix well.

Add water as required to make smooth batter. Rest the batter for 15-20 mins.

Grease the thali. Add eno mix well and pour the mixer into thali.

Steam dhoklas for 15 20 mins. When done Let it cool.

By the time make the marination. Take a bowl. Add yohurt, red chilli powder,chaat masala, tandoori masala and little salt becoz salt is already there in dhoklas.

Take vagara. Put some oil and when it is hot add mustard seeds. When it crackles add to the marinated mixture.

Now cut the dhoklas into small pieces and cover it with the marinated mixture.

Now take the pan and put some butter and saute them. Keep flipping them till it turns golden brown.

Tandoori Dhoklas r ready. Take them in a plate. They r ready to be served with chutney. Garnish them with coriander leaves.
