Ingredients

  • 300 gmSalted Butter
  • 1.5 dlheavy cream
  • 100 gmFresh Chive

Steps

  1. 1

    Take out the butter and let it over night in room temperature

  2. 2

    Fine chop the chive and put in a blender. Add in 3 tablespoon of the melted butter. And start the blender, mix until get the puré texture. Then put aside.

  3. 3

    Can add little bit decoration to make our plate looks good.
