Ingredients

2 servings

1 cupMaida
1/4 tspSalt
100 gmsOil
250 gmsChicken keema
1/2Onion chopped
1Green chilli chopped
1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspCumin powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspGaram masala powder
1 tspDhaniya chopped

Steps

1

Firstly boil the keema and add all spices and salt to taste.

Knead the maida dough and cut in small pieces.
3

Now wrap the chicken keema in maida in circular shape.
4

Fry these momos in a frying pan for 8 to 10 mins on medium flame.
5

Serve with chilli sauce.
