  1. Palm oil
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Red pepper
  5. Scotch bonnets
  6. Meat
  7. Cry fish
  8. Dry fish
  9. Egushi
  10. Seasoning
  11. Spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the pepper, onion, garlic together

  2. 2

    Diced onion

  3. 3

    Blend the egushi seed and make it paste with blend onions

  4. 4

    Fry palm oil in a pot add the diced onion and fry on medium heat

  5. 5

    Add the blend pepper mixture for 4min

  6. 6

    Add d cry fish

  7. 7

    Add meat and d fish and add seasoning of taste

  8. 8

    Wash ur bitter leaf to desirable taste and add it and leave it to simmer for 4min

  9. 9

    Finally add d egushi mixture and cover it for 4min
