For the dough u mix d flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, maggi oil or butter any 1. Except that if the butter is salted u dont need to add the pinch of salt. add a lil water & make a thick dough like that of meat pie & set aside.

For the filling u crush d bonnet & cayennne pepper slice the onion fry with the minced meat & some oil. Add the maggi, salt & seasonings and keep aside.

Roll the dough on a board into a round shape, spread the fillings on the dough then u roll the dough like shawarma & cut into pieces as seen in the picture.

Oil or lubricate the baking pan with oil b4 arranging the meat roll on the baking pan & crack the egg & brush them with the egg & bake untill golden brown & serve👌👍🏻😍
