Oil garam kar ke uss mien onions fry krien. Sath hi zeera daal dein. 2 min fry kar lien jab pinkish ho jayein to ginger garlic paste daal kar fry krein.

2 min baad red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt or turmeric powder daal kar bhoonien. 1 min baad tomato slices or ½ cup water daal kar cover kar dein for 3 to 4 min.

Jab tomatoes gall jayein to eggs daal dein or mix kar ke 2 min cover kar dien.

2 min ke baad flame medium to high kar ke itna bhoonien ke oil nazer aany lgy. Last mien 1 green chilli sabut or 1 slices mien cut kar ke mix krein or garam masala sprinkle krein. Or enjoy krein yummy Hyderabadi Khageena with Garam roti.
