A healthy and yummy soup to be had as an appetizer or to soothe the hunger pangs in the middle of the day!
Steps

Melt butter/ ghee in a pan.

Add the garlic pods and saute.

Add onions salt and saute till browned.

Add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
- 5
Add the methi leaves and fry till they wilt.

Add water, cover and cook on sim for 5 minutes.

Switch off flame and let it cool slightly.

Add all ingredients with pepper in blender and blend to a smooth consistency. You can strain the mixture after this.. I didn't.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Check and adjust the salt and pepper.

Serve hot with a dash of butter or cream on top.
