Idli style dhokla with chinese stuffing

Take besan, sugar, buttermilk, turmeric, hing, salt to taste and mix it well and rest it for 15 mins.

Take a frying pan and heat it and put 1 tsp of oil then add chopped onion, carrot, cabbage and capsicum saute it a little and then add soya sauce, chilli & tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper, vinegar and mix well.

Take a steamer and add water in it and let it heat then take the besan mixture and add eno to it. Take the idli stand and pour one spoon of batter on it and then add the mixture of vegetables and cover it with besan mixture on the top and steam it for 15 mins.

Take the left Chinese mixture of vegetables,coriander leaves and saute the ready idli with it and it is ready to serve with chutney.
