Well.... this was my first time making meatballs without a recipe and I haven't really properly cooked them before, sooooooooo mine didn't turn out perfect but I was still happy with them. Hope you enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 kgcombined pork and beef mince
Herb + Spice mix
1 cupflour
Oil
Herb + Spice Mix (as much as you think you need for each spice)
^I didn't measure any of these spices
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Turmeric
Dried parsley
Dried basil
Corriader seeds hand crushed

Steps

Get out all your ingrediants!

Mix the beef and pork mince together with a fork or your hands

Add your spices individually or all together into the pork and beef mixture then add your flour.

Mix all ingredients together well

Heat up the pan on high with plenty of oil (and I mean a lot cause I didn't add enough at the start)

Roll your meatballs into your palm (Can place on a dish or straight into the pan)

Cook thoroughly on all sides till Brown, I would suggest to do tester meat balls as my first ones didn't quite work! Also cut through 1 meat ball to check it's cooked.

Once meatballs are cooked, serve em up with some veggies or rice, or anything really!!
