Heat the oil in a pot. Add the rice and salt, stirring well until the rice is coated with oil. Add the water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.

Meanwhile, fry the tofu cubes until they are lightly golden, drain, and set aside.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. When hot, add the garlic and lightly brown it, then add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tofu, corn, and crumbled bouillon cube, mix and cook for 4 more minutes.

Add the reserved long-grain rice, mix and cook for 7 more minutes. Stir in the soy sauce until well combined.

This dish is served with cucumber and tomato. Enjoy!
