Ingredients

  • 1 bunchkale
  • 2Egg plant
  • 1/4 cupBesan
  • 1/4 cupRice flour
  • as neededChilli powder
  • as neededGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the kale fine. Mix it with besan and rice flour and the masala and salt. Heat the oil to fry and make small ball like and deep fry it.

  2. 2

    For egg plant cut into roundels and deep it besan and rice flour and masala batter. Deep fry. Yummy starter ready.
