Ingredients

  1. Brussel sprouts
  2. 1/2 Cgrated parmesan cheese
  3. Olive oil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Ground white/black pepper
  6. Finely chopped garlic or use one from the bottle

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 150-170°C. Then Halve and cut brussel sprouts into 4. Place these cuties in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix all until well combined. For more adventurous taste, Sprinkle some chillie flakes.

    Pour & spread this on a baking tray for 10min depending on the oven and doneness preference. Serve warm.
