Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • 2 Tbspolive oil
  • 1egg
  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 6 slice#Happy_cow_cheese
  • 1/2 Tbspsalt
  • *½ cup of finely grated Parmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the rice with Parmesan and salt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    #Take a small portion of the rice mixture and tuck in Cheese

  3. 3

    Shape the mix into a ball

  4. 4

    Now coat the rice balls with egg and breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Bake until they turn golden brown in colour
