Steps

Dice/cut all veggies and keep aside

Wash rice with hot water and salt rinsed and keep aside

Put pot on medium flame pour oil when hot add onions thyme bayleaves and fry till the onion becomes soft add in washed rice and keep stirring for 7-10mins add in the veggies curry seasoning salt and keep stirring for 2mins

Pour in water stir and allow it to cook until soft...fried rice is ready
