Boil pasta according to packet instrutions. Drain and keep in a bowl. Mix 1 tsp oil in it so that it will not stick together.

Marinate chicken boneless pieces with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, and keep covered in fridge for 1 hour. Shallow fry chicken pieces in a pan.

Melt butter in a pot and add maida, mix gently. Add milk slowly, stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add salt, black & white pepper. Mix well. Add fried chicken pieces, mushrooms in sauce. Add boiled pasta in it. Add slices of bell pepper in sauce. add cream cheese and stir well. Cook on low flame till it melts.

Preheat oven at 180°, grease a baking tin with oil / butter. Add chicken pasta in it.spread mozarella shrededd cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes.give heat from grill to give colour to cheese. Serve hot. Enjoy
