Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce to chicken. Marinate for 1 hour. Add oil into pan. Make a thick batter of flour and cornflour. Dip chicken pieces into the batter and deep fry. Serve with sauce and salad.
