Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSuji (rava)
  • 1Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cupBeans
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 1Onion chopped mini size
  • leavesas required Coriander
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 cupCurd (dahi)
  • 4 CupsWater
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 2Green chillies chopped

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    First mix all ingredients in a big bowl except oil, make sure batter is neither so thick nor thin

    Leave it for 10 mins

    Heat 1 tbs of oil in a pan, Pour 1 big Spoon of batter on pan, Close lid and leave for 2 mins, Keep medium flame

    After 2 mins open the lid and flip another side, roast both side for 2 mins
