2 tbspcorn starch
As per tasteSalt
As requiredOil to fry
As per tasteBlack pepper
As requiredChilli flakes
As RequiredCoriander leaves

Steps

Keep the sweet corn in hot water for 10 mins.

Filter it out and add corn starch coat it nicely and deep fry it.

Now add chopped onion,salt pepper and coriander mix it properly and enjoy.
