  1. 500 gramBeef mince
  2. 50 gmBeef fat /butter/oil
  3. Green chilies 6 finely copped
  4. 1 TspSalt
  5. 1 tspRed chili powder
  6. 3 tbspGarlic crush
  7. Onion paste (squeeze all the water)
  8. Green chilli for garnish
  9. Tomatoes For garnish

Cooking time 15 mints
  1. 1

    Merinate the beef mince with all ingredients for 2 hour

    Make kabab and shallow fry them on griller, fry pan or Tawa as your choice
