Steps

Boil the milk till it get 3/4th of the volume add previously soaked rice in it and boil it by continuous stirring.

Add the sugar when rice is half cooked then add bay leaves and dry fruits and a tablespoon of ghee.

When rice is completely cooked and milk gets a creamy texture then put the pan aside serve it cool.
