Cooking Instructions

Add zeera, salt, chilli powder in mashed boiled potatoes mix and make round patties.

Mix chilli powder, salt, zeera, meetha soda and mix with water to make thick dipping mixture.
- 3
Dip aloo tikkies in beson mixture and fry it on medium high flame. Golden from both sides.

Add green chilli paste, garlic paste, salt in yogurt mix it sprinkle zeera and chaat masala on top. Dish is ready. Serve hot.
