Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1Egg
  • 1 TspDry instant yeast
  • 3 TbspCaster sugar
  • 3 TbspMelted butter
  • 50 gmMilk
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well,make a dough

  2. 2

    Cover the dough and leave it for 1 hour to rise

  3. 3

    Now make the doughnut shape with cutter

  4. 4

    Now deep fry these doughnuts on low flame for 2 mints

  5. 5

    Cool completely then garnish with chocolate syrup.
