Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer(cottage cheese)
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspchaat masala
  4. 1 tspamchur powder
  5. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  6. 1/2 cupcrushed uncooked papads
  7. 1 tbspmaida
  8. 1/2 tbspcornflour
  9. 1 tbspcurd
  10. 1 tspgarlic paste
  11. 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  12. To taste salt
  13. 2 tbspgarlic chopped
  14. 2 tbsptangy tomato sauce
  15. 2 tbspchilli sauce
  16. 1 tspsoy sauce
  17. As requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the paneer into finger length strips and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder. Keep this aside as paneer will leave water.

    Then for the second marinade add the rest of the masala and maida and corn flour, then add the previous marinated paneer in this.

    Keep the marinated paneer in freeze to set properly.

    Then heat some oil in kadai for deep frying.

    Then roll each of the paneer finger in the crushed papad to form a coating.

    Fry the strips in oil and remove them after papad becomes crispy.

    Then in another kadhai put oil, and put the chopped garlic and then toss it gently till aroma comes.

    Then add in the sauces with water and make it thicker.

    Then serve the PAPAD PANEER by poking it on the toothpick and serve with the garlic sauce in a shot glass.
