Ingredients

  1. 1whole chicke cup into 8 pieces
  2. 5 clovesgarlic mince
  3. 1big onion cut small cubes
  4. 2 pcsorange
  5. salt
  6. 2 pcspotato cut big cubes
  7. pepper
  8. cinnamon stick and powder
  9. 20 pcscardamom
  10. 10 pcscloves
  11. 3 pcsbay leaf
  12. 1tomato
  13. tomato paste
  14. cooking oil
  15. kadi water
  16. saffaron

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In the caserol put cooking oil,then onion, garlic, zest of orange, cinamon stick, cardamom and cloves

    Put the chicken, orange juice, tomato and tomato paste

  3. 3

    Put the potato then little water...put the half cooked rice..put ladi water and saffaron on top.wait for 45 mins to cook..then serve...garnish fried onion and cillantro leaves
