Ingredients

  1. 4 cupboiled rice
  2. 2 cupPalak purey
  3. 2/3Green chili
  4. 1 tblsJeera
  5. Salt
  6. 100 gmPaneer
  7. 1Onion
  8. spices (to taste):
  9. Garam masala powder
  10. Curry leaves
  11. cinnammon
  12. cardamom
  13. black pepper
  14. cloves
  15. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    First in pan add 4tbls of oil; when oil is hot add curry leaf, cinnamon, jeera, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, and chopped onion. Fry until onions are golden brown.

    Then add palak purey and cook. Then add salt, garam masala, and boil rice. Mix properly and cook.

    Last add fried paneer and serve hot.
