3 people
  1. 300 gGround pork
  2. 100 gbacon
  3. 3 tspsoy sauce
  4. 2ground coriander
  5. 1 tsppepper
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1egg
  8. 2 clovesgarlic
  9. 2green chilly
  10. 3large, mild green chilies
  11. 2coriander roots
  12. 1/2 tspsea salt
  13. 1 tbspsugar
  14. 2 tbspfish sauce
  15. 2 tbsplime juice
  16. 30wonton wrappers

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

To make the dumplings sauce, use a mortar and pestle to pound the garlic, chilies, coriander roots and salt to a fine paste.Stir through the sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Transfer to a small bowl and set a side until ready to serve. * in the picture I used more ingredients because I want it stronger taste.

  2. 2

To make the dumplings filling, take the bacon and chop into small pieces and place in the pork bowl. Then add some coriander leaves, salt, pepper, soy sauce and an egg. Use chopsticks or a fork to vigorously mix the filling until the texture becomes very sticky.

  3. 3

To make the dumplings, place a teaspoon of filling into the center of wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and pleat and press the edges together so they enclose the filling. Place on a tray and repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  4. 4

When ready to serve, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Cook the dumplings for about 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with some olive oil or sesame oil. Spoon over the sauce.
