Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1+1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1+1/2 tbsp red chilli crushed
  • 1 tbsproasted cumin
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 4green chilli
  • 2Lemon sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the liver cut into small pieces

    And mix ginger garlic paste red chilli crushed black pepper cumin coriander

    Mix it well rest for 30 minutes in room temperature

    Heat the karahi add oil and merniated liver mix and start frying 10 minutes

    Add salt and green chilli 1/2 cup water cook for 10 minutes

    Now fry kaleji is ready and serve it😍
