Sama Rice Balls

Wash the rice, and soak in water for 5 min. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chilli. Now add soaked sama rice.

Cook till all water evaporate. Cover it and keep aside for 6-7 min.

Now remove in a plate and all remaining ingredients. Make a dough.

Now make balls. Preheat the air fryer for 10min and put balls for 20- 25 min. Sama rice balls are ready to serve. Serve it with desired chutney.
