Delicious Sooji Laddu

This is my first receipe in cookpad. For this Navarathri celebration my special sweet is to be Delicious Sooji Laddu. It is an awesome preparation for all festivals. The initial step is to roast the cashews and dry grapes in ghee, keep them aside.Next add the Sooji into the pan, roast them until colour changes. Then powder one cup of sugar, then add Sooji along with it and powder them.Finally add the roasted nuts, 2 spoons of ghee, 1/4 cup of milk and roll the mixture into small balls. Thus tasty Sooji laddu is ready to serve.

Add 2 spoons of ghee in a hot pan, roast the cashews and dry pan and keep them aside. Take a kadai add 3spoons of ghee and roast Sooji in low flame for about 2-4 minutes until the colour changes and let it cool.

Add 1cup of sugar to a mixie jar and powder it. To the powdered sugar add the roasted Sooji and powder it.

With the powdered Sooji add the roasted cashews, dry grapes, 2 spoons of ghee, 1/4 cup of milk.

Now make small size balls out of this mixture. Finally Delicious Sooji Laddu balls are ready to serve. Enjoy your festival with this lovely sweet.
