Peel and cut the pumpkin into dices.

Take a baking tray put the diced pumpkin and marinate with salt pepper oil and rosemary.

Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.now put the pumpkin for roaring for 25- 30 minutes.

Take it out cool it and make a puree out of it.

Take a pan add the pumpkin puree and dilute as desired check for seasoning.

Finish with fresh cream.
