Ingredients

  • 1 poundground pork
  • 1 tablespoongrated ginger
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespooncooking rice wine
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 4 stalksscallion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonroasted sesame seeds
  • 4 cupsrice

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk sugar, cooking rice wine, and soy sauce in a small container

  2. 2

    Cook ground pork and grated ginger in a large skillet over med-high heat until pork is browned

  3. 3

    Simmer pork for 2 minutes for the flavor to be absorbed

  4. 4

    Add some sesame oil, garnish with scallion and roasted sesame seeds
