Ingredients

  1. 1onion chopped
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastered chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 bowlpanner
  10. 1/2 tspchat masala
  11. 2 tspmalai

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the ghee add cumin seeds,onion,tomato,green chilli and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,chat masala,coriander powder and mix well and cook it.

  3. 3

    Now add panner and saute it.now add malai and cook for 2 mints on low flame.

  4. 4

    Serve it.
