Peel and cut the bananas into thin PCs

Place in an air tight tin and freeze for 6 -8 hours.

When bananas are frozen,place in a good,high speed blender and add in the honey,cocoa and almond milk and blend at high speed for 4 minutes

Remove in an air tight tin and freeze.after 3 hours,whisk the icecream for 3 minutes and freeze again.serve after 4-5 hours of first freeze.garnish with roasted almonds or sprinklers
