Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsPaneer
  2. 2 tbspMaida
  3. 2 tbspCorn flour
  4. 2 tbspRice flour
  5. as requiredSchezwan sauce
  6. fewGarlic cloves
  7. as requiredregular masale and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of all 3 flours add coriander powder, haldi red chilli and salt.

  2. 2

    Coat paneer or veggies and leave for 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Now deep fry them till crisp.

  4. 4

    In a kadhai add oil, splutter some garlic and add shezwan sauce now add fried paneer toss it nicely and enjoy.
