Ingredients

250 grams
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp clove powder (optional) I added for flavor and spiciness
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for moin
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Add required amount of water and knead the dough.

    Take parat. Add all ingredients. Mix well.

    Grease the sev sancha and put smalk portion of dough into it. Bt that time Keep oil for frying.

    Now fry this with sev sancha and fry till crisp.

    Serve with tea.
