  1. 2big size onion sliced
  2. 1 tspsalt adjust as per taste
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  6. 1 tspamchur powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 cuppoha powdered
  9. leavesSome chopped coriander
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. 10 sheetssamosa Patti
  12. 2 tbspslurry of all-purpose flour for sticking samosa patti

    First sliced 2 big size onion and heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and saute till it becomes soft don't over cook.Next add turmeric,dhania powder, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder,salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Next I have taken poha and grind into powder, mix this mixture into the onion stuffing and then switch of the flame and let it cool down completely.Take samosa patti.

    Fold the way you want and make slurry of all-purpose flour to stick next fill the stuffing and close it by pasting the slurry made of maida and prepare all samosa same way.

    Next take kadhai or deep pan for deep frying samosa fry till golden brown and serve this hot irani samosa with tomato ketchup or chutney
