Egg tofu with veggies (awarar kwai)

Get all your ingredients ready.

Wash your onions, carrots and peas, dice onions and carrots, parboil the peas and carrot.

Get a bowl break 5 eggs and add all the ingredients crush the fried fish and add then mix them all together.

Pour the mixture into a white polythene bag and boil for 15 minutes.

Cut it into slices after boiled, break two eggs into a bowl and beat, place a frying pan on fire add oil, dip the tofu in the egg and fry.

It can be served with tea, coffee or chilled drink
