Ingredients

1large fresh beet sliced thin
3 clovesgarlic just peeled and smashed
1small onion thinly sliced
Fresh ground black pepper
2 tbspolive oil
2 tbspbalsamic vinegar

Steps

Clean and thinly slice beet. Now slice small onion and place 3 garlic in pan. Coat evenly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar add black pepper

Now bake at 350 for 25 min or until tender. Enjoy
