Take a large bowl and add the minced mutton along with finely chopped onions, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chilli paste, whole wheat flour and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for about 40 minutes. Let the mutton absorb the spices. If you want to make it more spicy, you can add some black pepper powder or red chilli powder.

Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the refined oil. You can also use ghee, if you want to make these kebabs in the traditional way. On the other hand, after the mutton mixture is marinated, take equal portions of the mixture and make balls with them. Flatten them and slip into the hot oil.

Keep the flame low. Let these flattened kebabs fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Drain off the extra oil and serve with sunny upside egg and paratha/roti/chapati.
