Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlurad daal
  2. 1 handful rajma
  3. 1/2 handfulchana daal
  4. As requiredOil
  5. 1 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 2chopped onion
  10. 2tomatoes
  11. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  12. 2 teaspoonkasoori methi
  13. 1 tspGaram masala
  14. As requiredCoriander leaves
  15. As requiredCream or malai

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal, rajma and chana dal for 2 hours

  2. 2

    In a cooker boil it for 40 minutes at low flame with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Take a pan heat oil add jeera onion tomato green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Cook it at medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Now add Kasoori methi.

    Put this tadka in dal. Stir it well and garnish it with coriander leaves. Add garam masala

  5. 5

    Serve hot dal with malai or cream.
