Pink idli with beetroot coconut chutney

Take a bowl and pour idli batter in it and add paste of beetroot,salt.

Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.

Cut this idli in any shape u like

For chutney. Cut coconut into small pieces and put in mixer with beetroot,garlic,green chilli,curd and salt.make a fine paste of all this.serve it with idli
