Now squeeze excess water in grated bottle gourd

Now in a bowl add krkra flour, roti flour, gram flour, bottle gourd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, lemon juice, sugar, oil, ginger garlic green chilli paste now mix properly combined together

Now some oil put on top cover and rest for 30 min

Now heat the steamer

Now grease the steamer with little oil

Now take a medium portion of mixture then grease the palm with little oil now make a muthiya shape

Now put on heated steamer and steam for 15 min on lower flame

Now remove the steamer and let's cool completely

Now cut in to small pieces

Now heat the wok take oil then add mustard seeds stir it few minutes then add sesame seeds crinkle it then add fresh curry leaves and stem muthiya now mix properly on medium flame
