In a clean pot or skillet Add the whole milk and evaporated milk on fire 🔥 sauce and till simmer

Add the sugar and stir with a wooden spoon

Add the gelatin and stir well to avoid a lumps

Add the cinnamon and orange zest, leave to boil for 2mins and off take the fire 🔥 sauce and let the mixture to cool

Crush ice and take a bowl of whipping cream into the ice and let the bowl set well

Gently add the milk mixture in to the whipping cream mix throughly until the whipping cream and combine together
- 7
Chilled for 2hrs and serve,don’t forget to garnish with Oreo, Almonds & chocolate chips
