4 cupsHeavy Cream
1 cupWhipped Cream Cheese
2 tspVanilla Extract
1 tbspTapioca Starch
2 tbspCanola/Vegetable Oil
2 cupsSplenda (baking)
1 cupUnsweetened Whey Protein
Chocolate covered pretzels (optional)
Chocolate Chips (optional)
Peanut Butter Chips (optional)

Steps

Whip 3 of the 4 cups of heavy cream.

Mix in remaining ingredients and 4th cup of heavy cream.

Scoop into resealable bowl and put in freezer.

Stir after 1 hour and again after 2 hours, then freeze overnight.
