Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsHeavy Cream
  2. 1 cupWhipped Cream Cheese
  3. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  4. 1 tbspTapioca Starch
  5. 2 tbspCanola/Vegetable Oil
  6. 2 cupsSplenda (baking)
  7. 1 cupUnsweetened Whey Protein
  8. Chocolate covered pretzels (optional)
  9. Chocolate Chips (optional)
  10. Peanut Butter Chips (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip 3 of the 4 cups of heavy cream.

  2. 2

    Mix in remaining ingredients and 4th cup of heavy cream.

  3. 3

    Scoop into resealable bowl and put in freezer.

  4. 4

    Stir after 1 hour and again after 2 hours, then freeze overnight.
